About Dr Bhathal

 

 

Dr. Bhathal was born and raised in Malton. It has been a lifelong dream of his to be able to positively contribute to the community. As a child, he attended Ridgewood Public School, Morningstar Middle school and Lincoln M Alexander Secondary school. Next he completed his BSc in Kinesiology and Health Science at York University where he graduated on the Deans List. Dr. Bhathal then obtained his Doctorate of Optometry at Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University in 2019. He received both clinical honors in primary care and low vision upon his graduation. 

 

 

Dr. Bhathal is excited to open up his office in the community he calls home. He will approach the treatment for his patients in a holistic manner with interprofessional collaboration as necessary. He strives for a life of continuous learning so he is able to provide the best care for his patients throughout his entire career.
